If only a picture could move the Sheikhs of the Emirates to help their Syrian Muslim brothers

Wouldn't it be wonderful, if the picture of a dead boy on a beach would finally move the Muslim hearts of the Sheikhs of the Emirates, Katar etc. to help their Syrian Muslim brothers? 
Wouldn't it be wonderful, if this young boy hadn't died in vain?
